Such prohibited uses include but are not limited to any form of automatic trading, automatic order generation, price reference, order verification, algorithm decision-making, algorithmic trading, intelligent order routing, use of data in operation control or risk management programs, or any direct, human-readable machine-driven that does not involve such data. Claims to be compatible with Findtrader's function or advertise its use to achieve the purpose explicitly prohibited by Findtrader's terms, which indirectly leads to the violation of Findtrader's usage restrictions.
This policy applies to all entities, whether they are direct users of Findtrader services or third-party service providers. The functions provided by Findtrader are only used for permitted purposes within the scope of the originally defined display and personal or internal business purposes. Any interpretation, adaptation or use of these functions in violation of the spirit or text of this policy is strictly prohibited. Findtrader can terminate access to its services, seek injunction relief and claim damages to protect its contractual rights and the interests of data providers and user communities. These actions emphasize Findtrader's commitment to implementing its policies and maintaining the trusted environment of the platform.
